Description
Sus IV
Sus IV is a meticulously crafted pedal designed to provide clean sustain for your guitar. This is an excellent pedal for those wishing to do everything from clean blues, all the way through to jazz or even rock. This pedal when used with other pedals should be placed at or close to the beginning of the chain.
Controls
Level Knob
Adjust the level to correspond with your amp’s specs. Consider setting this knob at just over halfway for normal conditions, except under circumstances where overdrive of the front-end of the amplifier is desired. The unity gain position is approximately one o’clock, but this might change with certain guitars.
Highs
This pedal uses compression. Because of this it is sometimes nessary to add back a little bit of highs that compression sometimes causes you to lose. We have found that twelve o’clock or one o’clock should be sufficient if needed, although going even higher can produce an even sweeter sound depending on your guitar pickups.
Sustain
This knob is self explanatory. Maximum will be achieved if the knob is full and a minimal amount if the knob is fully counter clockwise.
Mix
This knob is also self explanatory. It serves as a blend between the output of the pedal effect and the direct signal.

CryingMoon
CryingMoon is a meticulously crafted replica of the primary envelope filter “auto wah” pedal originally used by Frank Marino, tailored to deliver that signature sound, as heard in “Man at the Back Door”. We know that the CryingMoon will bring you much musical exploration and inspiration.

Controls
Range Switch
This switch controls the range of the wah effect. In the center position (High) it is full range while in the two other positions are narrower (Mid) and deeper still (Low).
Sens
This controls the sensitivity of the input to the pedal. Different guitars and instruments may require changing this level to suit those instruments. The usual position, most things considered, has been found to be approximately one o’clock.
Decay
This changes the speed at which the wah closes after being activated, from very fast (short) to very slow (long). Bear in mind that this knob interacts with the other two knobs. For example, a very low decay setting with an increase of sensitivity will cause the wah to be longer.
Attack
This knob controls the speed at which the envelope filter responds to the input signal. In simpler terms, it adjusts how quickly the effect kicks into full after you pluck a string. Try putting this knob at one o’clock to start with.
Universe
Universe is a meticulously crafted replica of the analog chorus pedal originally used by Frank Marino, tailored to deliver that signature sound, as heard in “Poppy” and “Strange Universe”.
Controls
Mode Switch
This extends the range of the depth knob from normal to strong.
Instrument Switch
This provides the ability to use this pedal with a guitar or bass guitar. In bass mode, the deeper notes will not chorus as strongly, creating better tuning with the band.
Rate
This simply adjusts the speed of the modulation from very slow to medium fast.
Depth
This controls the intensity or extent of the modulation effect applied to the signal.
Mix
This controls the blend between the original (dry) guitar signal and the modulated (wet) signal that creates the chorus effect.

Power / Battery
This unit does not include a 9-Volt Battery.
To ensure proper and safe usage of this pedal, it is essential to power it with a 2.1mm 9-Volt DC regulated external power supply (wallwart) with a negative center.
Use of an incorrect power supply will lead to damage of your pedal, which can be both costly and time-consuming to repair.
